Delivery times and shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The products <strong>Basance<\/strong> are manufactured in France and shipped from my workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipments are made <strong>from Monday to Friday.<\/strong>, excluding public holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders placed after <strong>5 p.m.<\/strong> are processed on the next working day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery times are given as an <strong>indication<\/strong> and may be extended in the event of force majeure, periods of high activity, strikes or customs checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Customs duties and taxes (deliveries outside the European Union)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For deliveries made <strong>outside the European Union<\/strong>Customs duties, local taxes or import duties may be levied by the authorities of the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These costs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are <strong>independent<\/strong> of the amount paid to Basance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remain <strong>entirely at the customer's expense<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cannot be reimbursed by Basance under any circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Basance has no control over these charges and cannot know their amount in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Responsibility and conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All deliveries are made to the address provided when placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basance cannot be held responsible for delays or malfunctions attributable to carriers, customs services or exceptional events (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
