At Basance.com, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent delivery tailored to each geographical area. Below you will find all the information you need about delivery methods, times and conditions.
1. Delivery methods
Standard delivery – Mainland France
- Carrier : Colissimo home delivery
- Estimated delivery time : 3 to 5 working days from dispatch
- Delivery charges : 7,50 €
- Free delivery from: €120 purchase
- Delivery area : Metropolitan France
This option is ideal for economical delivery without urgency. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery to Europe & the United Kingdom
- Carrier : Colissimo or equivalent
- Estimated delivery time : varies depending on destination
- Delivery charges : indicated when ordering
- Free delivery from: €150 purchase
- Delivery area : European Union countries and the United Kingdom
International delivery (outside Europe)
- Carrier : Colissimo international or equivalent
- Estimated delivery time : varies depending on destination
- Delivery charges : indicated when ordering
- Free delivery from: €200 purchase
- Delivery area : certain countries outside Europe (including Australia)
The available countries are suggested when placing an order.
2. Delivery times and shipping
The products Basance are manufactured in France and shipped from my workshop.
- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday., excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after 5 p.m. are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may be extended in the event of force majeure, periods of high activity, strikes or customs checks.
3. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number enabling you to track the delivery of your parcel.

4. Customs duties and taxes (deliveries outside the European Union)
For deliveries made outside the European UnionCustoms duties, local taxes or import duties may be levied by the authorities of the destination country.
These costs:
- are independent of the amount paid to Basance,
- remain entirely at the customer's expense,
- cannot be reimbursed by Basance under any circumstances.
Basance has no control over these charges and cannot know their amount in advance.
5. Responsibility and conditions
- All deliveries are made to the address provided when placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
- Basance cannot be held responsible for delays or malfunctions attributable to carriers, customs services or exceptional events (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
6. Receiving the parcel
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
In the event of a damaged parcel or delivery issue (delay, loss, damage), the customer is asked to contact Basance as soon as possible at contact@basance.com, so that a solution can be sought.
7. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing an order?
A: Once the order has been confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please check your details carefully before confirming.
Q: What if my parcel is damaged?
A: Contact us as soon as you receive it at contact@basance.com if possible, attaching photographs of the parcel and the product concerned.
Q: What should I do if my delivery is late?
A: We invite you to check the tracking using the number provided. If the delay persists, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
